Complaining may be negative to the name of the company, but this will be helpful to improve the quality of products and services a company offers.
Going to a shop to say and show that a shirt faded after the first wash. You’d say, “It’s surprising such a fine shop as yours does this.” Try not to show your anger, it is much better that you show concern for the shop instead. Praise the store and say that you expect satisfaction from it. You also need to keep your cool. Tell the persons you are not angry at them.
When I complained to a phone company, I said to a woman, “I’m trying to keep the anger out of my voice because I know this is not your fault.” She laughed and was very helpful. Never raise your voice to the person at the other end of the line when you are trying to complain even if he or she is the one at fault. Bursting in anger would only worsen the situation. If you find it hard to control your anger just provide written comment or suggestions to the company.
